Team India opener Yashasvi Jaiswal calls himself blessed that he is being able to play alongside Virat Kohli at the start of his career.

The young southpaw, who scored century in his debut feels it is a luxury that he can have a conversation with Rahul Dravid, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma.

It is amazing to see him bat. What can I say? He is a legend. I am blessed to play with him. There’s a lot of things to learn from him be it cricket and outside of it. I try to pick his mind,” Jaiswal told reporters after day’s play.

Jaiswal says he was disappointed that he was not able to convert his start.

Virat Kohli moved to within 13 runs of his 29th test ton on his 500th international appearance as India rallied from a rocky afternoon session to reach 288-4 against West Indies at stumps Thursday on the first day of the second Test.
