The accused, Rahul Patil, 23, of Undri, Kondhwa, and Sagar Rajane, 30, of Undri, are charged with rape, POCSO, molestation, and other offences.
Rajane allegedly came to her home and forced her into having a sexual relationship. He battered her and vowed to murder her if she told anyone. In addition, Ramesh pretends to be her husband while Rahul rapes her. The accusation states that when no one else was home, her 23-year-old brother took advantage of the situation to forcefully rape her. In this case, a deaf school instructor has lodged a complaint. The victim is deaf and seventeen years old.
