The hearing of a batch of petitions filed by Rival fractions without Thakre and Chief Minister Eknath Shinde the supreme court will hear it on February 14.
Five constitution bench of chief justice DY Chandrachur justice Mr Krishna Murari heema Kohli and BS Narasimha said the bench will hear This petition on February 14.
Senior advocate Kapil Sibal appearing for the uddhav action told the bench that in the last hearing he had indicated that he wants to our go on the need for 7 judges bench to hear this case.
In August the top quote three judges bench had referred to a 5 judges constitution bench the issue involved in the petition filed by Rival groups Shivsena relation to take Maharashtra crisis.
