CA Chirag Varaiya 45 left Behind suicide note saying nobody should be responsible for his death. He survived by his wife and two children. He was suffering from the aligation of rape charge.
The Bhandup police in Mumbai had booked Varaiya in rape case on January 10 which he cooperated with them in probe He also assured the investigating officer that he would visit the police station whenever required as official said.
A police official from Igatpuri said it is a suicide case, we have not found any foul play. On the basis of primary information we have registered an accidental death report. The caretaker of the resort at Igatpuri alert ed the police after found varaiya hanging from a ceiling fan on Monday night.
