Several agreements will be signed with major university’s in Saudi Arabia to support and promote yoga over the next few months according to saudi arabia committee president Nouf al-Marwaai said.
Marwaai explained during her participation in 4th session title development and promotion of new sports games in Universities that committee was a striving hard to introduce yoga to Universities.
Emphasizing the importance of practicing for health and Wellness she said that yoga is not just meditation and relaxation as the kingdoms vision in his Sports.
Shared that committee aims to discovered the talent of distinguished yoga practitioners in all types of Yoga in general yogasan., sports to have their talents and support them to participate and represent the kingdom in local and international tournaments.
Some might believe but includes aashna posture, practice prana yams ,breathing techniques, muscle control, dhyan and nidra meditation.
