In a grand celebration under the Unnati Chasak 2024 banner, a cricket tournament marked the occasion of Kunda Tai’s birthday. More than 50 teams enthusiastically participated, creating a vibrant atmosphere at the PCMC playground in Pimple Saudagar, Pune. The event, organised by Unnati Social Foundation, was inaugurated by the esteemed MLA Aamdar and Ashwini Tai Jagtap, both are prominent figures in the Pimpri Chinchwad Vidhan Sabha.
The President of BJP Pimpri Chinchwad Vidhan Sabha Mahila Morcha, Kunda Tai Bhise, welcomed participants and attendees in her speech during the event. The cricket tournament, scheduled from February 4th to 9th, witnessed fierce competition and brotherhood among the teams.
On the inaugural day, the dignitaries, including Aamdar and Ashwini Tai Jagtap, lit the ceremonial deep and garlanded the statue of ShivaJi Maharaj, infusing the event with traditional significance. Founder of Unnati Social Foundation, Shri Sanjay Bhise, took the stage to distribute prizes and mementos to the winning teams, adding a sense of achievement to the sporting spirit.
