Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Tuesday, February 20 inaugurated multiple educational projects worth ₹13,375 crore. This includes three new IIMs, permanent campuses for IITs, 20 new buildings for Kendriya Vidyalayas (KVs) and 13 new buildings for Navodaya Vidyalayas (NVs), across the country. Among the projects to be dedicated are the permanent campuses of IIT Bhilai, IIT Tirupati, IIT Jammu, and IIITDM Kancheepuram. Additionally, there will be the inauguration of the Indian Institute of Skills (IIS), a leading institute for advanced technology skill training, located in Kanpur.
