The Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy appealed to modi for assistance of RS 32,625.25 crore including 18,330.45 crore to get relieved pension arrears payable to the state immediately.
He requested the pm to fulfill promise of granting special status to the state as he assured in Parliament session.
As Jagan Mohan Reddy met pm modi in Delhi and requested to resolve several pending issues of the state,that left unattended for last eight years after the bifurcation.
He explained that the union finance secretary holding several meetings regarding these issues and a special committee made but no progress has been made to resolve key issues.
He also disscussed many other issues in front of pm and said finance ministry has been imposing a lot of restrictions on Andhra government.
Reddy said further that YSRCP government has been facing several restrictions now for the wrong of TDP regime,state would suffer a lot financially if the restrictions continue unabated.
Reddy said take immediate steps to ensure that Telangana government.pays it’s dues of 6,886 crore out standing from Telangana Piscons immediately to Andhra Pradesh.
He also requested 14 more medical colleges now to catter the medical needs.
