During a special drive on the sub urban section between Churchgate and Virar on January 5 a ticket checking squad found that the pass is fake.
The passenger travelling from Churchgate to Virar was found with suspicious looking pass and closure inspection by official revealed it to be fake.
The passenger was handed over to the railway police at Andheri and charged with surgery and cheating under various section of IPC.
