CM Shinde and Governor Ramesh Bais offer their tributes on Balasaheb Thackeray’s birthday.

Simultaneously, Maharashtra Governor Ramesh Bais honored the birth anniversary of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose and Balasaheb Thackeray by laying floral tributes to their portraits at Raj Bhavan in Mumbai.
