The accused, Rahul Patil, 23, of Undri, Kondhwa, and Sagar Rajane, 30, of Undri, are charged with rape, POCSO, molestation, and other offences.
Rajane allegedly came to her home and forced her into having a sexual relationship. He battered her and vowed to murder her if she told anyone.
